Overview:
Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, a nationally recognized “Best Firm to Work For”, is seeking a Project Facilitator with a positive, collaborative work style, for our Charlotte, NC Office.

The ideal candidate will be professional with willingness to work not only to meet expected deadlines but also as needed for excellence in service and production. He/she will provide administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature, interfacing regularly, comfortably, and confidently with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the company.

• A facilitator of project logistics such as meetings and conference calls; and taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performing proactive follow-up

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working in an architectural firm or other professional services firm is required; construction industry experience beneficial
• An in-depth knowledge of architectural firm practices, policies and organization in the performance of duties
• Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using document management systems; Ability to work in programs like InDesign and Photoshop are also very important to the role, graphic capabilities are beneficial for this role
• Ability to process and compose all types of documentation, including contracts and reports
• Experience and/or knowledge in Accounting required; demonstrating a basic understanding of billing procedures and a commitment to its completeness and accuracy
• Requires considerable discretion, initiative, and independent judgment in non-routine matters (scheduling, troubleshooting project and client issues), demonstrated ability to take charge, to lead, to make decisions or get decisions made, and to take information and turn it into wise action
• Consideration will be given to individuals who possess an architectural or interior design background, who are willing and eager to learn facilitation and accounting skills
