A boutique cocktail lounge called Room Service will open at Camp North End on Nov. 14.
It’s the brainchild of Camp North End business owner Rachel Hopkins of Black Moth Bars.
Of note: Stay Inn, an upscale specialty market originally planned for a spot across from Room Service, will no longer open. Entrepreneur Jules Zanoni has decided not to move forward with the Stay Inn project so that she can focus on her plant shop, Grow, a CNE rep tells Axios.
Why it matters: Camp North End, a massive adaptive reuse development with a long history that includes acting as a missile assembly plant, is quickly becoming one of Charlotte’s hottest spots. Its tenant lineup runs the gamut, from renowned restaurants to hip offices.
- Most recently we reported about a new pickleball spot opening in summer 2024 that’ll add to the list of activities at the 76-acre site.
Menu: Room Service will offer specialty drinks, beer, wine and small plates (sandwiches during the day and sharable plates in the evening).
Details: Room Service is located in the Keswick building next to FITTEDS. It’s in the same space as Seemingly Overzealous, Current Nostalgia and The Revelry.
- Room Service be open Tuesday through Thursday 11am-10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm and Sunday 12-8pm.
