Our next Human Resources Specialist is a strong self-starter who can multi-task with the best. They will: 
• Be their friendly, approachable self and communicate on multiple platforms by answering employee questions over phone, emails, and other forms of correspondence
• Build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
• Amplify the Voice of the Employee (VOE): Identify defects in the employee experience with the use of engagement surveys, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

The ideal HR Specialist will:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
