Discovery Place is a beloved Charlotte nonprofit institution and a hub for science education and exploration in the Carolinas with four distinct museum experiences — including Discovery Place Science (and IMAX), Discovery Place Nature and Discovery Place Kids locations — serving more than 750,000 people a year through Museum visits, interactive educational programming and community outreach initiatives.

The Director of Sales & Guest Reservations is a key part of our success. The Director plans and implements sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive key lines of business at the Discovery Place family of Museums, with particular focus on schools and other group visits, birthday parties, summer camp, outreach and more. This leader is also responsible for our call center team delivering customer service response 7 days/week.
