Overview:
Prestigious Charlotte firm is seeking a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for Administrative, Accounting, IT, and Management positions, among others.

Office located in SouthPark area just steps from Charlotte’s premier dining and entertainment. Exceptional pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities:
• Provide full cycle recruiting for multiple positions
• Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs and compensation levels
• Provide consultative services, including research, sourcing, and education on potential challenges
• Build a continuous pipeline of diverse skills and experience levels
• Perform preliminary interviews with candidates
• Scheduling face to face interviews with managers
• Act of point of contact for candidates going through the application and onboarding processes
• Extend offers to candidates and aid in negotiation process
• Coordinate onboarding activities and start date details

Requirements:
• 2+ years prior experience as a Corporate Recruiter preferred. Candidates with a background in third-party recruiting or Human Resources will also be considered.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as job boards and passive candidate outreach
• Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
