Overview:
This individual will oversee the human resource, payroll and benefits functions of the Charlotte Rescue Mission. These duties include but are not limited to – biweekly payroll; employee files; health/life insurance plans; onboarding and terminations; staff training and development; management, servicer and regulatory reporting; retirement savings plans; HR-related policies and procedures. Position entails being a team player with strong relational skills that can work with multiple departments in a substance abuse recovery environment.

Bachelor’s degree in related field, HR industry certification, and 7+ years HR management required. Position reports directly to CFO. Salary range is $78K to $88K, dependent upon qualifications.
