Overview:
Novant Health Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital Surgical Services is seeking a leader to fill the role of Assistant Nurse Manager for our Pre and Post-op areas. This role will provide clinical and administrative leadership to a dynamic and well-engaged Peri-Anesthesia Team. This department cares for variety of patients in need of orthopedic surgery. Qualifications:
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
