Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Associate versed in a diverse set of skills to work in our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This position is for full time employment. A person who will succeed in this role is extremely self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced small business environment, and wants a diverse set of responsibilities. This person should be adept in marketing, project coordinating, graphic design, media planning and copywriting. Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, marketing, and time management skills. In addition to receiving competitive compensation, you will be responsible for maintaining several projects simultaneously and have the freedom to work independently toward personal goals while being part of a team. Having a background in marketing is a strict requirement.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to executive management, a Marketing Associate will coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound projects to ensure successful results while adhering to Interluxe brand standards. A Marketing Associate will also evaluate and optimize campaign performance and provide results to stakeholders and serve as a communicational conduit between clients and all departments within Interluxe. A Marketing Associate will ensure project timeliness as well as build/maintain relationships with client to foster customer satisfaction.
• Take project handoff from sales and coordinate with clients to set timelines and deliverables
• Successfully manage campaign timelines, budget, and communications across teams and departments, including marketing, creative, legal & compliance and 3rd party vendors
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and execution of email campaigns to our database of high-net-worth clientele. (HTML/CSS experience is a major plus)
• Maintain and, as necessary, revise departmental project workflow process to ensure projects maintain strict deadlines and quality of work
• Assist with the creation of brochures, ads, collateral, landing pages and other marketing pieces including design, copywriting, and proofreading
• Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns
• Negotiate and secure media placements from various vendors and outlets
• Analyze response data to improve campaign effectiveness and performance
• Optimize media spend and project budgets
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience
• Project coordinating and/or event planning experience
• Experience with media planning, market research, and ad buying
• Must be proficient with CRM software, MS Office suite, MS Teams, Trello/Planner
• Inbound marketing software experience (specifically Hubspot)
• Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software
• Experience with the design and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple device platforms
• Excellent organizational skills; must possess the ability to balance and address many issues at the same time; the ability to prioritize issues based on importance to the company is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must possess the ability to present in both legal and creative terms in a wide range of written communications; ability to speak with employees, vendors, and clients in a clear, concise, and tactful manner, appropriate to the audience
• Excellent organizational skills; must possess the ability to balance and address many issues at the same time; the ability to prioritize issues based on importance to the company is a must
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Must reside in the greater Charlotte, NC metro area or be willing to relocate
• Real estate or auction experience is desired but not required
• Sense of humor and the ability to communicate via memes and gifs
