Overview:
Sheets Laundry Club is looking for a motivated Social Media and Content Manager to join us in our fight against the plastic crisis. Duties of the Social Media and Content Manager include overseeing day-to-day management of campaigns and ensuring brand consistency on all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have the knowledge to create, curate and manage all social media content, including blogs, SMS, audio, visual and multimedia formats. If you have previous experience in maintaining social media platforms, cultivating relationships, and want to put forth efforts to save our planet we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:
• Create, curate and manage all social media content, including blogs, SMS, audio, visual and multimedia formats
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency on all social media platforms
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Create and implement social media strategies monthly, increasing customer engagement and improving conversion rates
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience and cultivate lasting relationships
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Etsy, LinkedIn
• Creation and posting of social media content (all social media platforms)
• Social media engagement tracking
• Replying to social media posts
• Content writing for our website/making small updates to the website
• Engaging with influencers and driving collaboration
• Content writing and publishing of weekly emails to our customer base
• Blog writing/SEO improvements
• Overall assistance with Loads for Life marketing material creation
• General marketing assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Have fun and be a change agent

Requirements:
• Five plus years of experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, niche audiences and how to maximize branding and marketing efforts
• Proven knowledge and experience in the fundamentals of classical marketing
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• In-depth knowledge and application of content marketing theory
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills

$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
