Total Rewards Specialist
Overview:
Corporate office located in Ballantyne is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join their HR team. This opportunity is a Direct Hire, offers a competitive salary up to $95,000/year, and amazing benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, preparation, and distribution of communication material for the Total Reward Program
• Maintain and update benefit and compensation information in HRIS system
• Assisting management and employees with benefit and compensation as requested
• Conducting and participating in Annual Salary Surveys
• Preparing reports and analytical support documents
• Reconcile benefit plan to vendor databases and resolving data discrepancies in HRIS system
• Support Benefits Director with special projects
• Assist with annual open enrollment by scheduling meetings and presentations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience and understanding of HR functions such as payroll, benefits, compensation, etc
• HRIS experience
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
