The Account Executive supports Account Directors on various Red Moon Marketing clients, such as The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Consolidated and various other Coca-Cola bottlers, Brown-Forman Beverages Worldwide (Jack Daniel’s, Woodford Reserve, Old Forrester, Finlandia, Korbel Champaign and Ford’s Gin), Procter & Gamble, Harris Teeter, Novant Healthcare, Huber Engineered Woods, Kimco Realty, Zaxby’s Atlanta Co-op, Triton Automotive Group, to name a few. Approximately 90% of assignments are representing our clients at events to educate consumers about our clients’ brands and programs through consumer engagement and, in many instances, product sampling. The position requires a high volume of face-to-face encounters with consumers during events.

• Coordinating with on-site contacts prior to the event
• Assist with scheduling and staffing events
• Create event recaps and accurate expense reports
• Reserve hotels, make travel arrangements, and procure rental items as needed
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Interact with consumers to spread product program knowledge
• Comfortable with traveling frequently, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to represent multiple brands utilizing various elements and assets
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Commitment to continual learning

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Desire to become educated on all of Red Moon’s clients’ brands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with little to no supervision
