Overview:
Exempt Family Services Manager for our Monday-Friday Day Shift, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte provides a home away from home for families with sick children. If you receive joy interacting with people daily and helping families stay close during a difficult time in their lives, then becoming one of our Family Services Managers may be the role for you. Our Family Service Manager team is responsible for our guest intake process – from receiving a referral from a healthcare provider to daily touchpoints with our guest families and celebrating with the families when they are able to head back to their own homes.
