Job summary:

A scrappy marketer with 1-2 years of experience and a degree in business, marketing, or related field. You’re scrappy, have a detective mindset and work with minimum direction. Effectively multi-tasking is your middle name. Your communication, organization, and excel skills are second to none, and you can mine out information from people and data bases.

Job duties and % of Time:
• Manage all marketing calendars – 10%
• Manage and execute the traffic process – 30%
• Execute Weekly Marketing Newsletter – 5%
• Work cross functional to help execute promotions – 15%
• Assist team members with restaurant communication and other projects as needed – 5%
• Track competitive intelligence – 5%
• Maintain Trademark database – 5%
• Back up Brand Managers as needed – 5%
• Provide admin support including invoicing and expense management – 5%
• Assist with production shoots as needed – 5%
• Assist with executing Brand activations as needed – 10%

Work experience and requirements:
• BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external partners); must be able to work cross-functionally
• Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
