Millions of apartment renters move out every year and the process of getting those homes ready for the next resident is a time-consuming nightmare. We streamline the entire process with our technology platform and connect them with a network of service providers for paint, clean, carpet, wall repair, maintenance, and counter/tub resurfacing. We make the process easy for apartment staff and our service providers. Having secured our $10M Series A funding, we are embarking upon a significant growth phase and transforming the apartment turn process across the nation.

Job mission:
The inside sales representative will help generate sales leads and close new deals to grow our business in both existing and new markets.

What you’ll do:
• Execute multi-step, strategic marketing campaigns including emails, calls, social, and demos
• Outreach to apartment communities to generate sales leads
• Perform demos of the Rent Ready platform to nurture sales leads
• Create pricing proposals and negotiate with potential clients
• Help launch new markets

• Proven sales track record with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with remote sales
• Expert in multi-step sales process and funnel management
• Strong ability to perform demos of technology virtually
• Strong track record of generating leads and expertise in sourcing
• Skilled at and embraces the value of using a CRM
• Skilled at generating leads and loves networking
