Now, Abby’s Better is a fast growing CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brand that boasts being in over 1500 stores all over the country and selling multiple product lines with a variety of snacks. Job summary:
This full-time position as a Social Media & Influencer Relations Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing effective marketing programs for all social media, influencer and affiliate programs, monthly VIP product requests, content creation, and more. This position collaborates with all departments including PR, Sales, Manufacturing, and high-level management within Abby’s Better.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Manage and grow Abby’s Better social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, interacting with followers and answering questions across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
• Engage with social media followers and respond to direct messages in a timely manner (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest). This will require flexibility in the work schedule to provide timely feedback during the day, nights, and some weekends
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to create engaging content for social media
• Identify new ways of connecting with fans and customers
• Create and distribute engaging written content in the form of social media posts
• Ensure all creative work is produced on time, within budget and to the highest standard
• Work within established brand standards to ensure consistency
• Manage monthly influencers and affiliates including: outreach, frequent communication, Keeping track of monthly posting, maintaining influencer spreadsheets, Keeping track of product requests, and utilizing certain programs to keep track of codes and commissions
• Weekly meetings to discuss growth statistics and strategies

Preferred qualifications and experience:
• 40-45+ hours per week, primarily Monday – Friday, however, hours will vary at times and must be flexible to workdays, evenings, nights and weekends as required to remain responsive to messages
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1+ years experience preferred with a broad background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing (strategic planning and messaging, social content development and deployment)
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing
• Proficient in preferred digital design software
• Photography and video editing experience
• Ability to gather, communicate and present information effectively in an interesting and engaging format
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities by multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of current health food/snack creative and marketing trends
• Strong self-motivation with ability to perform tasks under minimal supervision
• Passion for food and level of all-natural product knowledge
