Out-of-the-box design and a perfectly pink color palette makes this a true model for the best townhouse.

Style in a few words: Global and glamor.

The house: This 2,560-square-foot Belmont townhouse has three bedrooms and five bathrooms with alluring features at every turn.

Design: The homeowner wanted stylish pops of pink throughout to set the tone in most of the rooms. This can be seen in an exuberant statement piece as large as the modular pink sofa that seats up to eight people.

  • The design was envisioned as a way for the owners to see themselves as part of their spaces.

Best room: The modern movie room is truly a show-stopper, covered in textured navy blue walls and classic movie portraits. The room is complete with several wild decor pieces including a tiger painting and sculpture.

Take a look around.

Gold fixtures pair well with this abstract wallpaper.

The eye catching curved pink couch draws you into the space. The curved appeal to the couch keeps the area open that creates an inviting approach.

A white kitchen makes room for you to play with colors. In this case, the pink chairs brighten up the space while the white marble table keeps you grounded.

An office tucked away with a free falling flowers illusion pushes this thinking corner out of the box by creating more dimensions to the space.

The navy blue textured wall and black couch are darker color choices compared to the other areas of the house that make this room more suspenseful. However, the playful decor on the pillows and wall pieces give this movie room a sweet balance.

The wood on the tv stand matches identical to the the wooden floor while the handles pull out the color within the large mirror. The decor items placed on the stand intertwine the subtle pink in the room.
