Boutique Manager (Full-time)

Overview:
Savvy Bride Boutique is a full-service, experience-focused bridal salon in SouthEnd, and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a Boutique Manager that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. This includes managing our staff of 10+ employees, ordering, receiving, extensive customer service responsibilities, scheduling and store operations.

The highlights:
• Salary: $50,000 base plus commission on store sales
• 401k eligibility

Requirements:
• 3 years of bridal experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience managing a large team
• High-end retail experience preferred
• Detail-oriented

Note:
• Managers work 3 weekends a month and must be available to work weekends
