Financial Specialist

What does it look like to be a Finance Specialist with Sisco Safety?
As a Finance Specialist, you will:
• Manage our company’s cash flow
• Invoice, collect, and partner with our clients to ensure proper payments are received correctly
• Financial Statement management and analysis
• Support and creation of business metrics
• Reconciles purchase orders to job requirements
• Coordinating with 3rd party vendors to secure contracts
• Cost/Break Even analysis
• Maintain monthly revenue projections for sales forecasting
• Analyze staff utilization for staffing growth
• Attend and participate in company meetings in support of Sisco’s cash management
• Work with bookkeeping team to maintain financial statements and manage company financial standards
• Follow the Finance Standard Operating Procedure and ultimately make suggested enhancements to the procedures as you gain experience
• Participate in other activities unrelated to finance that will help Sisco’s growth and overall strategy
• Manage projects and be part of a team to build our company’s vision
• Be part of our company training, mentoring, and community outreach events

You:

• Have a valid Real ID and clean driving record
• Can pass a National Background Check
• Will have clean drug screening results, initial and random as we do inspect highly regulated/guarded facilities
• Vaccinated for Covid-19 and other immunizations as required
• Have a reliable attendance record

Minimum qualifications:
• Finance or Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with Quickbooks
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Proficient with iOS/Apple
• Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with clients and team members

• Full time
• $18-$25 hour depending on experience
