Loretta’s restaurant is a high-volume restaurant with private function space featuring French, Creole, and Southern cuisine opening in the Pineville-Matthews area in September. We are looking for an experienced executive chef to lead our culinary team. They will need to have a minimum of 7 years experience as an executive chef and understand the policies and rules of the kitchen. This is an opportunity for you to put your stamp on the Charlotte food scene.

Loretta’s will feature live Jazz and Neo Soul music on a nightly basis along with a Gospel/ Jazz Sunday brunch. Loretta’s will feature excellent service, quality food, and a sophisticated atmosphere with a membership program for interested guest.

Compensation based on experience as well as medical, dental, and eye insurance. Two weeks personal time off after one year, 401K, and other benefits.
