Presented by Charlotte Motor Speedway, hosting the Circle K NHRA Four-Wide Nationals this weekend. Every ticket is a pit pass, so come early to see your favorite drivers. Kids 12 and under get in free.

Tuck Fest at the Whitewater Center: Celebrate the great outdoors and take in trail running and kayaking, exhibitions, demos and live music. It’s free to attend, but $40 to compete in any of the 35+ events. April 29-May 1. Free, $6 parking. Details.
