About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Account Executive, Tech Sales to help in disrupting the entire networking industry. We may be biased, but there’s a truly unique and lucrative opportunity in store for our next Account Executive.

As our key member of our team, you will be responsible for high-impact sales motions which include engaging with marketing and BDR-generated prospects, leading product demos to help potential customers evaluate our platform, developing customer relationships, closing opportunities, and ensuring a smooth hand-off of new customers to our client operations & onboarding teams.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with our Business Development team to manage incoming prospects
• Building and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline that exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Managing the entire sales cycle from the first demo to successfully “closed”
• Demonstrating key elements of our software platform by executing product demos including answering both feature & functionality questions
• Overcoming technical and business objections
• Scheduling follow-up calls & sending emails to keep prospects warm and engaged throughout the sales cycle
• Maintaining detailed records in HubSpot of contact activity with prospect accounts
• Collaborating with internal team members in product development, marketing, client operations, support, as well as with our CEO
• Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding our competitor and industry landscape
• In addition, we also expect all our team members to become experts on our platform and the subscription sales model that is currently transforming the IT industry

Location:
• Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote and in-office flexibility).
• Our office is located within 1-mile outside of Uptown Charlotte.

Qualifications:
• Awesome communications skills
• Have a personable and energetic personality
• Ability to prioritize and multitask responsibilities
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an account executive or sales role
• Experience performing product demos
• Proven track record of being successful in a sales role
• Experience working with CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Some technical knowledge relating to IT, networking, FinTech, software, or related industries
