Salesforce Administrator

TTS expanded its global reach and capabilities by acquiring London based AMT Training in December 2021.
Overview:
Salesforce is the backbone of TTS’s operational workflows. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play an integral part on the technology team supporting our Salesforce user base, maintaining day-to-day procedures, and enhancing processes to meet the evolving needs of the business. Although the position can be remote, TTS is looking for a team member to live in the Charlotte, NC area and come into the Charlotte office periodically to build relationships with co-workers.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting our user base with any Salesforce issues
• Maintain Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Build and support custom objects, fields, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and advanced formulas
• Creation of workflows (via Process Builder and Flows), workflow actions, and validation rules
• Manage all current 3rd party connected applications and evaluate future software integrations
• Help support day-to-day operations and future development of our Experience Cloud Site
• Keep up with SFDC upgrades/releases and ensure compatibility with our instance
• Work with our end users to gather requirements for evolving Operations processes and determine how to achieve necessary enhancements
• Temporarily manage a 2nd instance (recently acquired AMT Training) and help with eventual instance integration
• Occasionally mass import records via Data Loader
• Sandbox environment management
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, international team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects on both an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization
• Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness and ability to travel for a few business trips per year is required
• Bonus points: Salesforce Administrator certifications and/or knowledge of APIs, SOQL, or Visualforce/Apex
