Overview:
The Commercial & Security Channel Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing Operations and will manage the communication, maintenance and reporting of customer programs and promotions with the Commercial and Security Channels. This Marketing Manager should be comfortable partnering with other key stakeholders and internal strategic leaders to develop and execute initiatives. This position should have a vast knowledge of customer behavior, effective promotions, and targeted marketing. Strategic thinking, high organization and time management are key attributes that will contribute to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and partner with internal stakeholders to execute annual strategic marketing communication plans for the Commercial and Security Channels
• Act as the subject matter expert within the channel to implement effective marketing skills to engage the customer
• Utilize a variety of tools, including events, brochures, web, video, infographics, and social media to best target the customer
• Participate in high-level strategic planning, learning, and reporting on successful growth strategies
• Design and manage significant marketing campaigns and help drive customer acquisition, share of wallet growth and retention through our digital platform and local stores
• Prepare and oversee departmental budget as well as project-based budgets
• Prepare and effectively deliver presentations to management outlining marketing efforts, market dynamics, and progress towards financial targets and KPIs
• Support and partner with e-Commerce and Local business partners to continually enhance the partner experience and maximize marketing opportunities

Qualifications:
Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field
• 5+ years relevant marketing experience
• Knowledge of integrated marketing; audience identification, targeting, conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong business acumen, creative problem-solving and analytical capability
Preferred
• Experience within Consumer Electronics
• SAP Experience
• Salesforce Experience
• Experience working in B2B industries
