Job summary:
The Barings Marketing team is seeking a Global Marketing Analyst based in our Charlotte, NC headquarters. This position is integral to our Global Marketing group and will be involved in the execution of, and reporting on, strategic marketing initiatives for our global institutional and retail client bases. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about all aspects of the Marketing function, with a particular focus on optimizing the team’s data analytics and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the execution of strategic marketing activities, including email marketing, paid social media, etc. in collaboration with the broader Marketing, product management, and sales teams
• Partner with our social media team and external media buyer to execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns
• Contribute to data-driven marketing strategy by assisting with the compilation, analysis, and reporting of engagement data across global marketing activities; propose recommendations as appropriate for targeting and process improvement
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards across platforms including PowerBI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Update and coordinate the distribution of firm-wide marketing materials (e.g. presentations, brochures, and factsheets) on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis
• Assist with trafficking inbound marketing and website requests
• Manage the firm’s biography process to ensure consistency across teams and regions
• Assist with ad hoc marketing requests as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience required; financial service experience preferred
• Experience with marketing campaign execution preferred
• Proficient in data analytics with the ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
• Expertise in data automation and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Strong project management skills; organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage to deadline
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the firm
• Adept at juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing successfully, adapting to change and ambiguity, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity and work well in a team-based environment
