Overview:
We are a family-owned distribution company based in Charlotte, NC with an immediate need for a Bookkeeper to support our Director of Operations. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting Director of Operations
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Managing Chart of Accounts
• Monthly reconciliations
• Sales Representative Commission reports and payments
• Managing Sales Representative expense reports
• Liaising with company Accountant

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus in Accounting/Finance
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles are essential
• Netsuite experience preferred, but not required
• Be proficient at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Confidentiality and discretion essential
• Excellent organizational skills
• Accuracy and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (email, phone)
