Job summary:
Provides an exceptional experience to each customer that contacts our company through phone, email or client-facing contact, while striving to complete the appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. Assists the Sales and Marketing vision of the company by accomplishing set goals of lead to appointment conversions in addition to delivering our 10 serving basics with each customer interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Receives all incoming phone calls/make outbound calls/emails communications and schedules all Design Consultant appointments
• Manages confirmations for all design appointments and Installation dates by email and phone
• Calls all unassigned leads and strives to achieve a conversion rate goal of at least 90%
• Assists the VP of Operations and the VP of Sales with administrative expectations and reporting
• Always maintains an adequate supply of samples in the showroom
• Answers customer inquiries and delivers general product knowledge (via phone, email or client facing)
• Processes Sold Job folders
• Processes Add-on requests
• Participates in all company meetings and or trainings
• Light cleaning to keep our spaces aligned with the brand in our Office and Showroom

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers, co-workers and management
• Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• 1-2 years experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms
• Calendar management/regional scheduling a plus
• Interior design interest or education is a plus
