Inventory Specialist and Associate

Taylor Richards & Conger is a luxury menswear clothing store located in Charlotte, NC. Since 1986, we have grown in square footage and inventory, now offering custom suiting and exclusive brands at a variety of price points. We sell our products both direct-to-consumer via our storefront and website. As we expand our store, we are looking to add to our team.

• Responsible for ensuring the flow of products into the store
• Receive new seasonal merchandise, including verifying if the shipment matches the packing slip, tagging, steaming, and assisting with merchandising
• Receive made to measure items, including verifying correct shipment, entering items into the POS system, and maintaining proper filing system for receipts
• Organize and maintain made to measure information by keeping price lists and swatches up to date, as well as filing customer information
• Monitor and manage all stock replenishment categories
• Support sales floor staff as needed
• Technology and E-commerce support as needed

• Full Time (40/hr week)
• Monday through Saturday work week 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• One weekday off per week
• Present yourself in a professional manner to clients and vendors
• Strong communication skills

About you:
• 2+ years experience in supply chain/inventory management preferred
• Previous experience with POS systems (Lightspeed in particular) preferred, but not required
• Accomplished leader with developed team-building skills
• Advanced knowledge of retail sales techniques and clientele
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
