Overview:
Are you tech-savvy? A people person? A good multitasker? We are looking for a candidate who will enjoy working with real estate agents and management.

Responsibilities:
• Acting as the subject matter expert for our tech platforms (CRM, websites, apps), devices, and printers
• Providing support through in-person requests, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email submissions
• Onboarding new agents to the firm by training them and setting them up on our platforms
• Developing and hosting ongoing training for our firm’s technology platforms and apps with the goal of increased education and adoption
• As the subject matter expert, handling help desk items, bugs, and having direct input on future updates and developments
• Assisting with database record input and maintenance
• Maintaining records and proactively reaching out to touch base with individuals on a regular basis
• Communicate with CMO, COO, and marketing staff to troubleshoot and provide integrated solutions
• Working as a team member in a collaborative office environment

Requirements:
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Communication and customer service skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience with Google products and services (and other cloud solutions)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac iOS, Android OS is a plus
• High level of comfort with technology, apps, and other digital software
• Desire to help people learn new systems and tools
• Desire to help people expand their business and see results
• Ability to think through scenarios and recommend solutions
• Ability to work well with many different personalities and skillsets
