The CLT Alliance Foundation seeks an Associate, to assist with program management and funding, to advance inclusive economic growth and prosperity for all.

• Contribute to the growth of the Scale Up CLT program by identifying channels to communicate with entrepreneurs, raising the visibility of the program, interfacing with current and past participants, securing new participants, managing their experience with the CLT Alliance, tracking metrics, and building an alumni association
• Assist with CLT Alliance Foundation funding and program execution
• Serve as liaison to program participants and volunteer business leaders
• Assist with identifying grant and other funding opportunities and work with grant writer to draft and submit grant applications
• Assist with tracking grant funding deliverables and submitting required metric reports
• Staff CLT Alliance Foundation board meetings including administrative duties such as scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials
• Manage project-wide deliverables and day-to-day communications with and for the Foundation President
• Organize and attend CLT Alliance and CLT Alliance Foundation program planning meetings, programs, and events
• Author and deliver relevant content for CLT Alliance Weekly Digest (e-Newsletter)
• Develop trusted relationships with the CLT Alliance team and be able to work cross-functionally efficiently
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Other as requested

• Ability to manage complex and fast-changing portfolios of work and prioritize effectively in response to changing demands
• Demonstrate sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to forge strong, trusting relationships with investors and program participants
• Embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record showing initiative and ownership of work
• Familiarity with grant applications and execution preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 7 years of relevant project management experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, notably Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
