Located in beautiful Charlotte, our Ad Operations unit has a unique opening for a Content Distribution Specialist. Based at our state-of-the-art Hub, this position supports Hearst Television’s 32 stations across the country. The ideal candidate will possess strong organization, customer service and data entry skills to facilitate the procurement and coordination of commercial material assets.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating material asset deliveries
• Maintenance of assets including purges and data entry
• Troubleshooting data entry and common technical issues
• Screening material assets for quality control as well as decency standards
• Work daily with the Central Distribution Center, HTV staff and Hearst stations regarding the coordination of assets

Qualifications:
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Ability to analyze large quantities of data and identify critical trends
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure against deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and take on all tasks assigned
• Team player – will be working will all levels in the organization
• Onsite attendance is required

Experience:
• Must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office
• Data entry and/or customer service experience
• Experience with WideOrbit system preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate
