We’re seeking a full-time Client Services Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services field and be organized, detail-oriented and professional, with the ability to engage with clients, exercise sound judgment, draft and proofread documents, and utilize technology expertly.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, some of which should be in professional services

Current clients
• Ensure Excellent Client Experience
• Assist attorneys with initial points of contact for potential new clients
• Take ownership of process of client onboarding
• Aid in communication with larger clients and their specific needs regarding billing and communication methods
• Answer client questions about invoices and/or billing
• Assist with monthly client billing and electronic billing requirements, as well as tracking results for various billing arrangements with specific clients
• Seek client feedback at the conclusion of representation
Client development-marketing and business development
• Look for opportunities to develop new client relationships and/or expand existing relationships, respond to requests for proposal as needed
• Work with our team and outside vendors to develop effective marketing collateral and social media posts
Other tasks
• Champion efficient processes and procedures to streamline workflow
• Ensure software utilization and upgrades and stay abreast of new opportunities available in the marketplace to provide cutting edge technology to lawyers and clients
• Assist the practice manager with accounting and reporting needs, HR searches and training, and technology implementations
