Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Local, family-owned residential real estate company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of transactional and administrative duties. A background in real estate is preferred but not required. Candidates should be technologically savvy with an array of software experience. Responsibilities will include entering listings and sales in transactional and accounting software and general support of agents and staff. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized in their work. The ability to be flexible and respond quickly as office needs arise is important to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Input data for real estate listings and transactions
• Support and job share with other Transaction Coordinators as needed
• Maintain organization and transaction management software
• Work with management to schedule routine training sessions for the calendar year
• Coordinate IT and technology services as needed for agents and staff
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Work with the receptionist to coordinate office supplies and coverage of front desk
• Work with management to explore opportunities to improve efficiencies in the office
• Assist with onboarding and training of new agents
• General support of all agents and staff as needed
Skills:
• Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant
• Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook in particular), Constant Contact, SkySlope, Matrix is a plus
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong personal/social skills and ability to interact professionally with a range of personalities

Additional:
• Full time position, 8:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday at office located in the South Park area of Charlotte
• Ability to work from home when needed and with prior approval
Education:
• High school or equivalent experience is preferred
• Residential real estate sales or support experience is preferred
