Mode is looking for a dynamic, talented Digital Account Supervisor to bring their considerable marketing, digital, and strategic experiences to our 35-person team. As an integrated brand experience agency, how we bring brands to life for a variety of audiences is critical — and paramount for this role in particular, how our brands are experienced and engaged in digital environments.

This person is responsible for managing small to large digital media budgets for key clients, and thus for ensuring results based on client objectives and agency strategies. They will work closely with our Account Leadership and Media teams to plan and execute campaigns, leading everything from the initial brief to the final report. They will maintain a pulse on multiple, simultaneous campaigns’ performance in order to identify optimization opportunities, bringing recommendations to clients and collaborate with internal teams to implement.

About the role:
• Create positive, collaborative, trusting environments, building and strengthening relationships with clients and agency as well as between clients and agency
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, overseeing client communication and expectations during the campaign production and campaign execution process
• Collaborate with media teams to prepare integrated media plans that include target and geography analysis, platform recommendations, budget allocation, scheduling, etc
• Prepare client documentation to include: Project and Creative Briefs, Statements of Work, – Weekly Status Reports, Midway Reports, Final Executive Reports
• Work directly with assigned accounts and their respective teams to present, evaluate and optimize digital campaigns
• Monitor campaigns and manage day-to-day interactions with client and media teams
• Alongside Account Director, guide and direct flawless plan development, execution, tracking and reporting
• Assist in planning overall budgets and manage/track budgets throughout campaigns; reconciling media budgets for each campaign in the end and/or along the way
• Create and prepare metrics reports for clients, to provide regular insight and recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement
• As applicable and alongside Digital team, lead implementation of tracking codes, pixel, etc. through Google Tag Manager

About you:
• At least five years of experience under your belt in digital marketing, branding, advertising, and/or media buying; CPG, Furniture and/or Fashion experience a plus
• Strategic thinker; able to understand the big picture, drivers, and risks associated with a business problem, yet organized and specific in executing the details
• Outstanding communicator and connector, with incredible poise and infectious charisma
• Perceptive and empathetic leader; encouraging and considerate of diverse points of view
• Adaptable, driven team member; working well independently and as part of a team, whether owning or supporting a project
• Leader of digital strategy/programs and campaigns, possessing a solid foundational understanding of media concepts, terminology, and buying models
• Experienced with paid display, mobile, social, and search buying platforms; along with DCM, GTM, GA, AdWords, and digital reporting tools
• Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
• Have a strong command of industry research, data and agency resources
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in industry trends, continually seeking information and new insights
• Comfortable in the individual trees while keeping the forest in view, and vice versa; delegate responsibility, but maintain accountability
