Overview:
If you offer a history of successful event planning and want an opportunity to orchestrate programs rich with purpose, consider applying for this role. As Training Program and Facility Manager, you will be integral to the launch of our state-of-the-art training center, where we’ll conduct ongoing courses for our customers and internal teams. These will enhance understanding and use of our NeuroStar TMS device, leading to more saved lives of patients battling Major Depressive Disorder.

During stages of construction and suite design, you will be our onsite supervisor, responsible for coordinating with contracted agencies and regularly communicating updates to our team. To prepare for future courses, you will source and formalize partnerships with local venues (hotels, restaurants, activity centers) and service providers (catering, transportation, printing, photography, décor).

Developing processes and systems is a critical component of this role. We will depend on you to manage inventory, meticulously organize supplies, oversee course registration, send attendee communications, schedule speakers, track expenses, and handle program reconciliation. Data collection and reporting capabilities are paramount, so much will need to be built into Microsoft Excel and Dynamics.

When doors open, you will be central to the experience received by our customers. Upon arrival to the training center, you will be the first to greet attendees and be responsible for orienting them. Superb service must be extended throughout their stay by returning to the question, “how can I elevate the experience?”. The onsite training team will rely on your material procurement, resource allocation, vendor management, logistical coordination, and creative problem solving to focus on facilitating.
