We are searching for a Marketing and Communications Director who possesses a high degree of integrity, can lead initiatives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys managing creative projects. This position is deadline driven and will support multiple projects and sales teams. Candidates must have experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction Industry. Ideal candidate will have experience with a home builder or multifamily industry.

• Develop, maintain, and update company and community websites, email campaigns, press releases, blogs, social media channels, award submissions, brochures, floor plans, and other marketing materials
• Prepare and coordinate custom materials for investment and finance packages
• Monitor media sources for pertinent information relative to specific pursuits
• Create project award submittals and search for award opportunities
• Supervise the daily operations of third party vendors
• Assist the sales team with open houses and community grand opening events
• Maintain prospect lists and email database
• Lead all creative direction for community brands

Preferred background and experience:
• A BS/BA in marketing, communications, english, graphic design or a related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing marketing and communications
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing WordPress sites
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Experience in brand management
• Experience managing external content producers
• Experience developing relevant content and visual materials
