Overview:
Teri Thomas Interiors is a custom, high end interior design firm seeking a Junior Project Coordinator. In this role you will wear many hats and assist the current team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in office management, who is organized, enthusiastic, shows up for anything and offers a consistently positive attitude. This role will focus on assisting the project coordinator with current and future client projects, answering and making phone calls, running errands and managing all social media accounts. We are actively hiring for full and part time positions.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Coordinator with the logistics and completion of various client projects including Invoicing, Creating Purchase Orders, Data Entry and Scheduling
• Manage all marketing duties, including social media accounts, presentations, business branding and website
• Support Designer and Assistant Designer with miscellaneous tasks and errands

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting a creative small business or administrative work
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or other ERP/POS system
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
• Team Player with a positive attitude and high energy
• Ability to wear many hats and jump between tasks on a dime
• Expertise in social media posting and scheduling
• Comfortable talking on the phone regularly with vendors and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of professionalism and a willingness to learn new skills
•  Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under deadlines
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• **Knowledge of CAD and/or SketchUp is a plus
