About you:
You have a background in marketing and communications. You are an aspiring world-class marketing professional seeking to help build the Allen Tate Company brand. You have the ability to assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. You are eager to learn, detail-oriented, have a creative mindset, organized, and an outgoing personality. Most importantly, you’ve got a good attitude — we’re number 1 because we work hard.

• Provide support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Services Manager
• Serve as a project management lead/internal account executive who helps drive a variety of campaigns and projects from ideation to execution, ensuring efficient processes along the way via cross-functional collaboration
• Assist with the day to day management needed for the success of the marketing initiatives and be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Determine and maintain project timelines while delivering quality campaigns and maintaining brand standards
• Responsible for tasking out the project in the department project management system
• Contribute to the success of the marketing department by assisting with content generation or coordination of other marketing projects and initiatives as needed
• Provide presentations on the success of each marketing initiative managed
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, account managers and social media team on a daily basis
• Write creative copy when needed (marketing materials, emails, blogs, etc.)
• Provide support to the marketing team as needed
• Order and organize marketing promotional items as needed
• Coordinate, assemble and ship any required materials to other offices/agents in our footprint, as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication or related discipline
• 3-5 years experience as a marketing/communications specialist
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheet, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Responds to questions or requests in a timely manner
• Ability to take and execute feedback from peers and clients
• Deadline-orientated with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Solid work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
• Exhibit flexibility in thinking and will change course when needed dependent upon campaign changes/deadlines
• Must enjoy working and collaborating in a team environment on a daily basis
• Comfortable with using Zoom/Microsoft Teams to communicate with the marketing team
• Experience with Canva, email platforms is a plus


Report to the Creative Services Manager.
