Curtis Samuel may play for the Washington Football Team, but the former Panther just closed on a nearly $1M home in north Mecklenburg Country.
David Hoffman and Erin Swann of David Hoffman Realty helped Samuel find his forever home.
- Hoffman said the wide receiver wanted to buy in Charlotte to be close to family — and to get more bang for his buck compared to Northern Virginia.
The house he bought is nearly 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
- “They loved the pool, the modern touches, and that it is loaded with high-tech features,” Hoffman said of why Samuel chose the house.
- They also liked that it’s large enough for a family one day.
Some notable features include a home office/library with custom shelving, a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry, and a media room with a wet bar and surround sound.
- Outdoor living: The screened-in porch leads to the backyard which has a pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit and built-in grill.
Here’s a look around.
