Overview:
The Event Marketing Manager is the primary point of contact for events and sponsorship activation elements and is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering experiential marketing programs for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Project Lead for customer experiential marketing events
• Create appropriate experiences designed to engage consumers on behalf of our client’s brands
• Manage development process for events to include creative design, content messaging, and clear customer objectives
Select and manage third-party vendors to deliver against client expectations including but not limited to: Staffing, Event Technology, Event Production and Promotional Products
• Provide and Develop expertise on latest marketing solutions in the experience space
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail, prompt responsiveness, and anticipating customer needs
• Contribute to and maintain a collaborative environment to deliver best solutions and execution that exceeds client expectations
• Create reporting system and recap/reporting process for client events
• Prepare budget recommendations and communicate periodic progress reports to management on actual spend, cost savings, opportunity cost, and any variances
• Assist CEO and Sr. Account Managers with client relationships as assigned
• Demonstrate initiative to learn, grow relationships and develop project management skill set
• Provide on-going research and support for new client briefs and new business pitches
• Stay in touch with industry contacts and industry news in effort to keep MSG ahead of industry marketing trends and movement
• Help on-board new clients
• Recap and evaluate performance and outcome for each event and propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process where applicable
• Foster the MSG culture with clients and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSG’s vision and unity of purpose
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required
• Work daily to make us better

Education and experience:
• Minimum of three years’ experience with experience marketing, event planning, or account management in an agency environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required

Other requirements:
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to fly and travel up to 30%
• Able to attend indoor events with mass gatherings in a variety of states and venues

Salary:
 $55,000 per year with health coverage and 401K.
