The Digital Marketing Manager successfully plans, communicates, and drives digital strategy across various organic and paid channels to meet and exceed corporate and community objectives. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills that can translate to the creation and execution of processes that improve team performance thus translating to better performance across accounts.

Additional responsibilities include website, online reputation, social media marketing, and local listing strategy development and project management.

• Be a subject matter expert for Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Paid Social and CRO
• Manage and coordinate campaigns that drive customers to our websites and generate qualified leads
• Use data to design and optimize the digital experience
• Develop and project manage community websites
• Improve design, UX, and content of our websites
• Analyze website performance and make recommendations to PPC and other digital advertising spends
• Liaison for Bell with digital vendors
• Support Ops Marketing team with digital marketing initiatives
• Complete marketing help desk tickets related to digital channels
• Assist with Business Development pitches when needed
• Monitor community and company ORM
• Promote company through social media channels
• Develop resident engagement ideas for social media channels
• Assist with maintenance of corporate website

• Must demonstrate ability to communicate digital strategy and results to individuals/groups at all knowledge levels
• Must be able to clearly communicate and understand both orally, in writing, and through visual media

• Must be resourceful and well organized with strong project management skills
• Must be knowledgeable of current multifamily marketing technologies


Education and background:
• Business or Marketing related degree or 3 years equivalent related professional experience
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM. Google Analytics and Search Certifications preferred
• Technical digital marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant industry knowledge of benchmarks and KPIs
• Experience with relevant marketing and industry software applications – Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, Social Media, RentCafe experience preferred
• Able to plan and management digital strategy
