Weekend Bridal Stylist, Part-time

Savvy Bride Boutique is expanding our amazing team of stylists and is looking for PT Bridal Stylists to work Saturdays and Sundays in our Charlotte showroom.

Our team of Stylists have a reputation for being experts in VIP, personalized and friendly, warm service. As a team we are professional, yet down-to-earth and love what we do. You must love working with women and have a knack for making people feel invited, comfortable and beautiful.
There is extensive product knowledge to be learned, so your standard of commitment and work ethic is essential. A love for beautiful things and luxurious environments will mean you feel right at home. Experience in a retail sales associate, sales or service position with a female clientele would be beneficial. You will be able to prioritize a busy workload whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service. You will be completely customer-focused and always go the extra mile to provide that luxury experience. It is expected that you will develop and nurture a range of different relationships with our customers.
The role:
This Stylist position involves one-on-one private appointments with brides that are pre-booked into our showroom. Our customers are our highest priority and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to each and every one. The role will see you working hands-on with our brides in our showroom to provide extraordinary service as they search for their dream wedding dress and accessories. You will be working with an experienced team and support system to ensure success within every bridal appointment.
Compensation:
Stylists are paid base+commission+bonus+tips and pay ranges from $20/hr – $45/hr depending on close ratio. Training is paid and required to prepare all stylists with a full understanding of designers, culture and process.
