Performance Marketing Manager, Investing

Overview:
U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager focused on leading the revenue growth of our investing performance marketing solutions.

The right candidate must have experience with business development, managing performance-based campaigns, analyzing reporting and evaluating the success of partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the marketplace in search of new partnership opportunities and growth opportunities
• Evaluate partnerships, negotiate rates and terms and manage onboarding
• Optimize campaigns to maximize revenue and performance
• Deliver regular revenue reporting and forecasts to measure performance and help future strategies
• Collaborate with product, tech and advertising operations teams to optimize current ad solutions and brainstorm new ad solutions to maximize revenue
• Stay on top of innovations and industry best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, performance marketing or campaign management
• Strong background in analytics with the ability to ingest data, report insights from the data and make business decisions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to not only create the plan but roll up your sleeves and tactically drive home implementation
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to prioritize, multitask and perform under deadlines
• Must be articulate in presentations and have excellent oral and written communication
• An optimistic, go-getter attitude with a desire to work for a growing team and company
