Overview:
The Sales Development Rep (SDR) is a critical role for both sales and marketing and acts as a conduit between the lead generation programs from marketing to the sales team. This individual will drive the lead qualification engine and work closely with the sales organization. The role will report to the Chief Sales Officer.

The SDR is responsible for building sales volume by uncovering, developing, and qualifying sales meetings as well as generating a qualified pipeline with prospective buyers in target hospitals and health system in the United States. The SDR will also be expected to support and insure a smooth transition of the prospect to the Regional Vice Presidents who will validate the opportunity for entry into the active pipeline.

Responsibilities:
• Provide sales support for the field sales team
• Building prospect lists and executing follow-up processes on them
• Landing prospects in accordance with Staccato Prospecting Tool
• Data entry of prospect and contact data in the SalesForce database
• Account mapping and uncovering keep initiatives
• Providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns
• Adhering to PMMC’s selling processes, practices and rules of engagement
• Present and articulate PMMC’s value propositions and benefits
• Effectively manage your lead pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success

Competency and position requirements:
• College Graduate, B.S., B.A
• 1 – 3+ years in telemarketing and/or inside sales role in B2B technology-related and/or healthcare industry
• Understanding of Social Media for business (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated experience with database entry and management
• Possess solid time management and organizational skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

Quality and quantity standards:
• Acquiring 3 – 6 qualified meetings per week. A qualified meeting equals a meeting with the mobilizer in a targeted account that has expressed interest in PMMC solutions
• Generate $1 Million of pipeline monthly
• Leverage the Staccato Prospecting Tool by completing 50 rounds per day, targeting 25 calls to generate the 50 rounds which should lead to 1 appointment
