Overview:
We’re relatively “new” to the neighborhood but have been around for nearly 150 years. We have an excellent career opportunity at Honeywell for a passionate Executive Assistant from the 21st floor of our brand new and environmentally-friendly headquarters right across from BofA stadium. You will be working with fellow Honeywell #futureshapers and specifically joining the corporate marketing leadership team, reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling on and offsite meetings
• Arranging travel
• Managing and tracking vendor billing and purchase orders
• Hosting customers and other visitors
• Preparing reports and maintaining and organizing files, you know, the usual stuff

Experience:
• At least five years of experience and who brings a “can-do”, win and have fun approach to his/her work
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Teams, Zoom and SAP experience is a must
