$350M+ AUM, Planning-centric, high growth RIA
Verum Partners is a leading fee-only wealth management firm in Charlotte, NC that was established in 2019 and is experiencing strong growth. We are a diverse team of seven looking to add at least one additional Associate Adviser. • Prepare for and participate in client meetings with lead advisers
• Brainstorm, edit, and finalize client planning deliverables
• Assist with delivering multidisciplinary advice to affluent pre-retiree, retiree, and accumulator type clientele
• Leverage highly efficient technology platforms, and support staff, to serve clients
• Help clients implement recommendations
• Coordinate and delegate client service and workflow items to appropriate team members
• Support lead advisers in a multitude of client service and advisory functions

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business administration, economics or related field preferred
• CFP certification required
• CPA or CFA a plus
• Familiarity with government entitlements a plus
• Desire to delve deeply into technical topics and explain findings to clients and other advisors in simple terms
• Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
• Well above average technical skills
• Recognizes the substantial upside from joining a small financial planning firm and wants to contribute from day one
