Overview:
As a recruiter, you will have the ability to impact job seekers by helping them find great jobs and advance their careers. The National Recruiter role is responsible to recruit, screen and interview candidates utilizing various recruiting and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities:
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with assigned Division Manager to identify target skill sets and key markets
• Develop relationships within assigned industry that will result in industry knowledge and referrals being generated
• Utilize and Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Continuously document all relevant updates, notes, correspondence, contacts etc
• Adhere to client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws
• Perform various administrative and customer service activities related to recruiting and sourcing
• Any other job-related job responsibilities as requested by management

Education and experience:
• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field of study
• Two to three years of experience in customer or sales-focused employment required. Specializing in the sales and/or recruitment of Human Resources or Accounting/Financial roles is a plus

Ability to work effectively and productively in a team-based, performance-driven environment. This position requires a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
