Job summary:
The outside sales representative will help generate sales leads, partner with insides sales reps, and close new deals to grow our business in Raleigh.

What you’ll do:
• Participate actively in the apartment association to build company awareness and network
• Generate sales leads through networking and visiting apartment communities
• Execute multi-step sales process to convert leads by conducting apartment visits, pricing negotiations, closings, and supporting onboards
• Perform in-person demos of the Rent Ready platform to nurture sales leads
• Partner with an inside sales rep that supports the Raleigh market to land new clients
• Significantly grow the Raleigh business
