Talent Acquisition Manager
Ridgetop Research is actively seeking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will develop, manage and execute recruiting strategies for specialized positions throughout the firm.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time role located in Charlotte, NC, and reports directly to the Senior members of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for a high-volume internal teams: sourcing, interviewing, pipeline management, and offer administration of active and passive candidates who are specialists in their respective fields
• Works closely as a strategic partner with Managing Directors to understand the hiring needs and deliver on growth objectives
• Thought leader on new and innovative ways for acquiring talent
• Creates a pipeline of diverse candidates that meets the needs of each of the practice areas through strategic sourcing, soliciting internal referrals, effective social media strategies, etc.
• Effective pipeline management to efficiently move candidates through the recruiting process, all while ensuring a welcoming, top-notch candidate experience from first contact through completion of the process

Recruiting Operations and Management:
• Track, manage, report and present on recruiting metrics and candidate pipelines
• Possess a forward-thinking approach to long-term resource planning
• Collaborate with the Director and broader recruiting team to identify and implement process improvements and assist with the overall recruiting strategy
• Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the firm and participate cross-functionally to deliver on firm – wide projects
• Manage recruiting events
• Additional responsibilities as identified

• 3+ years, or equivalent, of recruiting experience required, ideally in a professional or financial services firm
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Human Resources or related area preferred
• Process oriented, data and metrics driven. Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting of recruiting metrics and results
• Hands on work-style and demonstrated expertise and results in cultivating recruiting strategies and full lifecycle recruiting of candidates at all levels including the executive level. Ability to influence others, build solid relationships and networks.
• High energy, proactive, flexible, organized, customer-centric, with a strong business insight and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a wide range of business situations
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to allow for identification of causes and drive toward a solution in an ambiguous environment
• Strong written/verbal communication, listening skills and presence; proactively-communicates, and modulates communication to audience, including executive leaders and staff at all levels
• Understanding of current employment legislation and carrying out regulations with managers and recommending procedural improvements
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and mastery of applicant tracking system management techniques
• Ability to work full time in a fast-paced office environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the work day
