Compass Group’s in-house creative support agency, Compass Creative Studio (CCS), is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be building and spearheading a new B2B marketing team focused on driving leads and helping the Compass Group continue to grow as the industry leader. This role will give you the opportunity to build a new team from the ground up and have a tangible impact on the success of one of the world’s largest food and support services company.

You should be a team player who is able to collaborate across divisions, but also a self-starter who can work independently on multiple projects. And you should be someone who thrives in a creative environment, but who understands the importance of deadlines and details.

What you’ll do:
• Build and lead a team of marketing professionals and creatives
• Work with the sales team to identify target audiences and objectives
• Develop, evaluate and optimize marketing strategies for Compass Group and its individual sectors
• Analyze industry trends to proactively guide the creation of collateral to be deployed by the sales team
• Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, communications and marketing teams across Compass
• Provide analysis and data that clearly communicates the impact of our marketing efforts
• Collaborate with others within CCS to ensure we’re using the best possible content
• Constantly re-evaluate and recommend new technologies and strategies to keep our sales and marketing efforts moving forward

Who you’ll be:
• Someone with 3+ years of marketing experience – bonus points for B2B experience
• A self-starter with proven experience leading a team
• A project manager with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and brands
• A confident leader who takes initiative and likes a creative challenge
• Someone who lives and breathes marketing, who stays on top of industry and technology trends
• An innovator passionate about finding new ways to help Compass Group continue to grow
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet short and long deadlines, and switch gears quickly when needed
• An experienced user of Adobe Creative Suite and/or marketing technology tools
