In Store Design Specialist

• Meet monthly sales goals
•  Motivate and create energy in the store
• Refresh the team on product and design knowledge
• Refresh and refill the store as needed
• Collaborate with HON team to identify opportunities
• Clienteling
•  Help to identify priority clients and develop strategies to thank them for their support and purchases, keeping them engaged in the HON Brand
Customer service
• Greet customers and interact with a positive attitude
• Provide design suggestions to customers
• Draft custom furniture and product quotes
• Support HON Designer Trade Program members
• Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service
• Use Client Wishlist Book to reach out to clients when the specific product arrives
• Partner with store manager to resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively

Part-time + must be available to work Sundays and holidays.
